At an initial meeting lasting one hour, we discuss your objectives and your company’s circumstances.
We also explain how we’ll draw on our prior experience and partnerships to help you, as well as telling you all about relevant trends in the current political landscape.
WRITTEN PROPOSAL
At the meeting, we share some initial ideas for action based on the opportunities and infrastructure available to your company.
We then send you an official proposal setting out your needs and describing the context. The proposal will contain a range of solutions to suit different budgets.
APPROVAL
A relationship of mutual trust begins to develop between us. You accept our proposal. We get to work right away!
COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT
We make sure that you’re kept up to speed as we work. We update you on our progress, as well as on any emerging political developments. Transparency, pedagogy and support underpin all our work.
FINAL REPORT
Once we’ve completed the work, we send you a final report containing the results we’ve obtained, any setbacks we’ve encountered and our recommendations for future action.
FOLLOW-UP AND ADVICE
We know how difficult it is to keep up with politics. We continue to provide support long after the final report has been sent. We’ll be there to advise you as you implement the measures tailored to your company.
